Our CQC Regulated Activities

Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TTDI)

Integral Care is registered to provide Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury, enabling us to deliver safe, nurse-led care and clinical support to people with complex health needs in their own homes and communities. This allows us to assess individual needs, develop person-centred care plans, support ongoing treatment, administer medication where required, and work closely with families, healthcare professionals, ICBs and local authorities to ensure care is delivered safely, consistently and in line with each person's agreed outcomes.

By delivering care directly to clients within their homes and local communities, we effectively manage costs while increasing social value across local boroughs.

Personal Care

Integral Care is registered to provide Personal Care to adults and children who require support with day-to-day personal needs in their own homes and community settings. Our service is delivered in a respectful, dignified and person-centred way, promoting choice, independence and wellbeing while ensuring people receive safe and consistent support.

Personal Care may include assistance with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care, oral hygiene, skin care, mobility support, nutrition and hydration, meal preparation, medication prompts where appropriate, and support with daily routines.
