Social Services Support

Our social care service is designed to provide flexible, person-centred support for individuals and families who need assistance to maintain daily routines, independence and quality of life at home or in the community. We work alongside ICBs, local authorities, families and representatives to understand each person's needs, preferences, risks and outcomes before agreeing a package of care.

This may include long-term care, temporary support, emergency cover or ad hoc hours where additional help is required. Our care can be arranged around different shift patterns, including 1:1 or 2:1 support, depending on the assessed level of need and the agreed care plan.

Our approach promotes dignity, choice and independence. Staff are matched to the needs and preferences of the person receiving care and provide respectful, discreet and compassionate support.

Support may include help with household tasks, personal care, community access and practical routines such as:

  • Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Gardening
  • Finances
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Shopping
  • Collecting prescriptions
  • Access to the local community
  • Washing and dressing
  • Toileting
