Integral Care provides nurse-led complex care to clients with a range of complex needs, throughout London and Kent. We empower and prioritise people to make appropriate decisions in their care.

We provide high quality, complex care in the home, to clients with a range of complex healthcare needs. From degenerative conditions, to congenital disease.

Following a robust recruitment process, our carers are recruited based on years of evidenced care experience. Support workers are upskilled to a competent level in order to carry out the required clinical tasks. Working with a range of clients with high dependency care needs and varying conditions requiring specialised clinical care.

We have expertise in meeting the care requirements of ICS' by providing client specific waking night 1:1 or 2:1 up to 24-hour complex health care or nurse led support within a 1-2 weeks time frame along with educational school, college, university or work support.

Social Care

It is our focus to also provide a service to social services and meet any ‘social hours’ demands for any social care needs required long term, temporarily or on an emergency or adhoc basis. Currently we are able to support service users with complex medical needs, ranging from clients with epilepsy, tracheostomy, ventilation, requiring enteral feeding, cough assist, requiring oxygen therapy. We can cover various shift patterns and support families where additional help is required, support with domesticated services, offering 1:2:1 or 2:1 support.
